Shipping

We at KIX know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the most excellent condition and on time. So we use a vast network of courier service providers to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hour for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Any orders placed after 1.00 PM will be fulfilled the following day and orders placed after 1.00 PM on Saturdat till Sunday Midnight will be fulfilled on Monday. Depending upon the place position, the product is shipped to you within 2-7 business days within the India. Orders that contain pre-order products are shipped together at the earliest possible date. Once your order is shipped, you will get an intimation of the delivery of the package and a link to track your package. Our orders are typically delivered within the stipulated 2-7 business days. However, there may be delays due to public holidays. We associate with the best logistics companies to assure hassle-free delivery but if at all you still face any issues do write to us at help@kixcosmetics.com

Returns and Refunds

We at KIX strive to provide our customers with the latest products at a pure quality and fantastic prices. If you wish to return the product, you can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

- Generate a return request number by sending us the order number with a photo of the product wished to be returned to generate a return request number at help@kixcosmetics.com

- Product must be returned in its original packaging and should not be used or opened.

- The product must not be returned with any scratches or breakage.

- For faulty, incorrect or damaged item(s) received we will refund partial or full amount or including postage or send a replacement subject to product availability or provide a return label to send back the item for a full refund depending on case to case basis. A picture proof of damage or incorrect item received is needed for the same.

- In case of change of mind or simply you wish to return product or the parcel which are undelivered and returned to us, shipping charges for sending the product to you will be deducted from the original amount paid. Shipping cost paid for return of product is to be bared by customer and company is not liable for reimbursement for the same on returning the items once delivered.

- No returns will be accepted for the products which are opened and tried.

- If the original packaging is opened and the product has been used or if a reaction have developed by using the product. We would not be able to take back the return of the item for a refund for safety measures as per regulations.

- In case of wrong items being delivered due to human error. We will arrange pick up service of product. On receipt of wrong item in its original condition we will send the correct item or refund the full amount paid.

Tracking shows delivered and haven't received.

If the tracking detail shows that the parcel has been delivered. However, you haven't received it or deny receipt of delivery. A claim and further investigation would be initiated with the relevant shipping company. Depending on the investigation report a refund or replacement would be sent out.

Shipping Address Error

Refunds will not be provided for the delay in delivery due to error in shipping address provided while placing the order. The address error needs to be informed to us before the parcel has been dispatched by us. After dispatch there are no guarantees the address can be amended.
